This painting was airbrushed on a wall 8 ft. high. Close up you can see the soft airbrush effects of blended colors. About Vishnu Das
I have had many teachers of art over time as I've evolved with my particular style. My paintings have become more of a consequence of meditation rather than the result of sensual stimulation as we find an abundance of in the art world today. So I can say that these paintings are the outcome of my studying, not simply fanciful imaginations. I base my work on the descriptions found in Vedic and Vaishnava scripture. The softness of the air brush is very beautiful. I love how you have enhanced it with fine details which give a realistic level of detail. The butterly, edges of the clothing and the beautiful faces etc makes for such an amazing expression of the beauty of Krishna and his pastimes with Radharani in Vrindavan. I wish the whole world could be so beautiful.
Vishnu Das replied:
Thank you Michael, transcendental beauty is in the eye of the transcendental beholder! :)

Very beautiful scene ! .. so symbolic of Bhakti ...
Vishnu Das replied:
Thank you Ananda! Yes, Bhakti yoga, which I've practiced since age 20, is the art of loving devotion, so it always made sense for me to devote myself to what I love, and create artwork that would express my devotional leaning. :)
